Processing time

We normally aim to have you order packed and posted in 3-5 working days however, the time needed to prepare an order for shipping can vary. For details, see individual items on our Etsy listings

Postage

Parcels are sent using Hermes if under 15kg and less than 245cm measured all the way around. Delivery should be within 3 working days once the parcel has been collected for delivery by the courier. Larger or heavier parcels can be sent and the courier to be used will be agreed before sending.

Please let us know if you require the parcel urgently.

Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns and cancellations
Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

As our items are handmade and depend heavily upon raw materials we have found or that others have disposed of it is difficult to accept exchanges. Some items can be replaced and remade. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
