We think 5-pointed stars look great and have made a celestial smattering from salvaged copper gas and water pipes.
The pipes are cut into short lengths, sliced open and hammered flat. From the resulting beautifully aged and coloured sheet the star shapes are snipped and the edges filed smooth.
Finally, a hole is drilled and grey satin ribbon is looped through and tied.
